Main Flash Player Troubleshooting: If the main flash player has audio but no video, right click on the flash player and select settings. Ensure
"Enable Hardware Acceloration" is unchecked. If a change was required, refresh the browser and video should then show up.
Internet Explorer 8 Issues: Users may experience the following error when accessing the SPEED streaming player:
"A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly"

In order to resolve this Microsoft has release a fix on their support site found here

Once on their site click the Microsoft Fix It icon in order to resolve this issue.
The icon should look similar to the screen shot below:
